The conference day

The central theme of this year's annual conference deals with the current economic outlook in the light of the changed geopolitical security situation and the existing options for action in legal and tax practice. The program thus strikes a balance between an economic reality check, entrepreneurial future prospects and the legal and tax framework in the European context.

The conference center is perfectly tailored to the needs of modern conferences. State-of-the-art rooms with the latest technical equipment offer participants the opportunity to take part in various forums both on site and virtually. A pleasant ambience provides the right setting to exchange ideas directly with the speakers in a relaxed atmosphere .

Statements

While most of the country's citizens associate the turning point primarily with the security threat posed by the war in Ukraine and the Middle East, the second major challenge for Europe and Germany posed by the geo-economic power struggle between China and the USA is still largely underestimated. For many, the necessity of the associated paradigm shift in German foreign and trade policy is not sufficiently clear.
