Future in Law and Economy

With "Future in Law and Economy" , the European Tax & Legal Forum gives relevant issues from law and economy a new space. This year's programme is dominated by the Covid 19 pandemic and its economic consequences. In order to cope with the economic crisis, countries are increasingly taking on astronomical amounts of debt and the topics of "law and economics" are becoming more and more explosive, if only for security and fiscal policy reasons. What economic developments do we have to prepare for and what does this mean for business practice?
